Ubuntu Ohio -- Delegation of Authority

I can vouch for the situation Mr. Kellat is currently involved in, and
nothing will change in terms of the overall structure of the LoCo.

Stephen has been in communication with Unit193, Belkinsa and myself since
this part of his job became apparent.

As such, our primary goals are to continue exploring the aforementioned
Meetup, and to keep things that we can running smoothly. Nothing more,
nothing less.

Thanks, and have a great day.
