ASHLAND, Ohio– How do you spell school? One street crew accidentally spelled it with a backwards ‘c,’ right outside of Osborn Elementary School on Main Street in Ashland.
An official with the City of Ashland Street Department told FOX 8 that the mistake happened Wednesday morning and was corrected in the afternoon.
Before it was corrected, a FOX 8 viewer snapped this photo and sent it to us.
Officials believe the mistake happened as crews were in the roadway blocking traffic and one crew member may have been confused on the way the lettering was being put down.
