Two men caught trying to shoplift meat in their pants: Brooklyn Police Blotter

Petty Theft, Biddulph Road: Two Cuyahoga Heights men, 45 and 49, were cited for shoplifting at Giant Eagle Jan. 5. The two had put packages of meat into their pants to conceal them.

Robbery, Brookpark Road: A Medina man, 24, was arrested for robbery Jan. 9 at Home Depot. He tried to steal a faucet kit, valued at $59. He was also cited for possession of hypodermic needles.

Petty Theft, Brookpark Road: A Cleveland man, 44, was cited for petty theft Jan. 4 at Home Depot. He tried to steal a package of two-way radios. The total value of the merchandise is $140.

Theft From Auto, Newberry Avenue: A woman reported the two vehicles parked in her driveway were ransacked Jan. 5. One of the vehicles had a GPS ($150), a shoulder bag ($275) and an iPod Touch ($250) stolen. Both vehicles were locked.

Petty Theft, Brookpark Road: A Lakewood man, 33, was cited for shoplifting at Home Depot Jan. 4. He tried to steal $101 worth of merchandise.

Petty Theft, Brookpark Road: A Cleveland man, 19, was cited for petty theft at Home Depot Jan. 4. He tried to steal $45 worth of tools.
