Due to limited funding we rely heavily on the generosity of the public to help supply us with the following much needed food and disposable items.  We have included links for some specific items that we have found to work best in the shelter. Items can be dropped off at the Samaritan House located at 328 W. McKibben St.

There are a few commonly asked about items that we are unable to use or store at the shelter. We have partnerships with Neighborhood Relief Thrift Store, Our Daily Bread and Christian Corner Community Center.  Please consider donating any toys, stuffed animals, clothing, linen, books and magazines to Neighborhood Relief. They will take those items and in turn provide vouchers to our residents for needed items. Please consider taking any expired or close to date food items to Our Daily Bread or Christian Corner. They are better able to use these items in a timely manner.
