Thank you for your interest in joining the Center for Genomic Medicine (CGM).

About CGM. CGM was founded to unite the interdisciplinary faculty working in genetics and genomics, expand resources for genetic research, and lead the clinical implementation of genomic medicine in our health system. CGM stems from the successes of the Utah Genomic Project (UGP), and is a proud collaboration between UGP, the Utah Center for Genetic Discovery, the Program in Personalized Health, the College of Pharmacy, ARUP, and our clinical departments. Working toward a share mission and vision, CGM investigators are helping cement the University's position as an international leader in genetic discovery and genomic medicine.

Our Mission: Together, our patients, healthcare providers, and researchers are working to discover the genetic causes of disease and translate these discoveries into accurate diagnoses, targeted treatments, prevention strategies, and cures.

CGM Faculty. By joining, CGM faculty can apply for seed funding and access resources to support genetic discovery and genomic medicine. Joining CGM also helps us build strategic collaborations, track the impact of our investments, and ensure that our communications and events are reaching the right people.

Instructions. Full completion of the following survey is required by all CGM faculty. Please note you will be asked to upload a current copy of your CV. If you have any questions, please contact Chelsie Smith, Senior Manager, CGM.
