Q: Is there a cartridge? I see "Download required" but does that mean it needs to separate the games or that it's just a digital code?
A: I can’t say for certain, but when I bought the Bioshock collection it also required a download, however it did come with a physical cartridge. Again this is speculation.
submitted bySteven - 3 years agoA: Yes! This listing states "PHYSICAL", just read the details section. From what i learned, GTA Vice city will download separately on physical, as even the Eshop version of the game Will download separately.
submitted byRhino71 - 3 years agoA: It will either come with one game on the cartridge and the rest as a download (if they do it separately) or have a portion of the trilogy and the remaining content must be downloaded ( if they do one whole application)
submitted byMidway - 3 years agoA: There is only a game card included, no cartridge.
submitted byRudy - 3 years agoA: Considering the fact that the game isn’t out yet, your question is impossible to answer with 100% accuracy. Just wait for it to come out like everyone else.

Q: what does it mean by "download required"? can we see the back?
A: Some Video game developers disrespect the whole concept of PHYSICAL copies, and choose the cheaper option of a 16gb Switch card, instead of a 32gb Switch card. Where as large games like GTA Trilogy would completely fit ALL 3-Games onto the 32gb cartridge! With the cheaper 16gb Switch card option, half or part of the game has to be DLC, DEFYING THE WHOLE CONCEPT OF PHYSICAL!!! We the consumer pays the big price, to have PHYSICAL copies! They the developers should want to deliver to us the consumer what we want!!! If we want to buy Digital we buy digital, if we want to buy Physical we should get PHYSICAL. ALL PHYSICAL!!!!
submitted byRhino71 - 3 years agoA: Since the cartridges can't hold enough space, the download required is the space on your sd card that's able to hold the updates; to unlock all the other necessary contents in the game, and patches. You probably can play it as it; can't be for sure yet, but you would probably want to want to update it. Since Nintendo's website only released the Definitive Edition. I don't think you will need to worry about any code to dwld the other games separately.
