1/2 oz agave syrup
4 oz soda water or cola (your choice)
A few maraschino cherries

Our thyme-scented Cherry Rum can be made with soda water or cola – it’s up to you. The soda water version will showcases the flavours of our organic cherries, while the cola drink is more traditional.

Pile thyme leaves in a shaker. Add all ingredients except soda water or cola and mix with ice.

Pour cocktail into a highball glasse. Top up with soda water or cola.

Decorate with thyme leaves and maraschino cherries.
