Equipping Workshops

Divorce is often difficult for students to navigate due to multiple changes in their world.  This workshop will allow them to feel heard, assure them they are not alone, and allow them to process these changes in healthy ways.

Students will:

• Learn healthy expression of emotion and coping skills surrounding divorce/changes in family structure

• Recognize the different expectations in separate houses and how to adjust to the transitions between homes

• Create a realistic, healthy expectations for themselves as students

• Identify their individual strengths and the strengths of their changing family.
